ONE PAN CHICKEN PARMESAN | |
4 (5 oz. ea.) boneless, skinless, chicken breasts salt and pepper 1/2 tsp. garlic powder 4 (1 oz. ea.) slices mozzarella cheese 1/2 cup marinara sauce 1 tbsp. olive oil 1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning Season chicken with salt, pepper and garlic powder. Heat the olive oil in a skillet set over medium heat. Cover each chicken breast with 2 tablespoons sauce, 1 slice of cheese and a dash of herbs. Lower heat on the stove top to low, cover and cook until cheese is melted. Make sure your skillet is oven safe. Place under the broiler until cheese is melted and browned lightly. Submitted by: Judy Brannock |
