PARMESAN CHICKEN WINGS
1 1/2 lb. chicken wings (about 16 wings)
1 cup finely grated Parmesan cheese
4 tbsp. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. dried basil leaves
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 cup milk
4 tbsp. (1/2 stick) butter, melted

Preheat oven to 400°F.

For easy clean-up, line a large baking sheet with foil and spray the foil with non-stick cooking spray (Pam). Rinse wings and pat dry with paper towels.

In a small bowl or Ziploc style bag, combine cheese, flour, basil and salt. Dip the chicken wings in milk and coat with the cheese mixture. Place on the pan and drizzle with melted butter.

Bake at 400°F for about 35 to 40 minutes, turning the wings over halfway through the cooking time.

Drain on paper towels.
