“PARMESAN FRIES” IS IN:
NEXT RECIPE:  PEPPY POTATO PANCAKES

PARMESAN FRIES 
4 large potatoes
1/2 tbsp. ground thyme
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1 tbsp. olive oil
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Cut potatoes into fry like strips, and pat them dry with a paper towel. Place in a bowl and toss with thyme and pepper, and drizzle with oil. Place single layer on a baking sheet.

Bake at 450°F for 30 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese and salt evenly over potatoes bake for another 10 minutes to brown.
