1 onion
1 bag (4 c.) Ore Ida hash brown potatoes
3 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1 can cream of celery soup
Salt & pepper
Grated cheddar cheese

Saute onion in 1 tablespoon butter. Stir in next 4 ingredients. Pour into casserole. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Serves 4 to 6.
