DELUXE SEAFOOD CHOWDER 
For 6 to 8 servings you will need:

1 lb. fresh or frozen haddock or cod fillets
1 med. onion, chopped
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. all-purpose flour
3/4 c. water
1 can (10 oz.) baby clams
2 c. peeled, diced potatoes (3 medium)
3 c. half & half or milk
1 can (13 oz.) evaporated milk
8 oz. scallops, halved or quartered
1 can (4 1/2 oz.) small shrimp, drained
Salt, white pepper and paprika
Chopped parsley

TIPS: For best results, allow chowder to stand 5 minutes before serving to blend flavors.
