POTATOES DELUXE 
2 lbs. bag frozen hash browns, thawed
1 (10 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
1 c. shredded cheese
1 pt. sour cream
1 med. chopped onion
1/2 c. melted butter
2 tsp. salt

Combine all ingredients in large bowl and mix well. Spread in 9x13 inch pan.

TOPPING:

1 c. crushed corn flakes or potato chips
1/4 c. melted butter

Mix and sprinkle on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 to 1 1/4 hours. May be made day before and refrigerate until baking.
