1 lb. cooked chicken, cut into small pieces
1/2 lb. sliced, sautéed mushrooms
1 c. cooked, sliced carrots
1 c. cooked, cut green beans
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1 10 oz. can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. chicken broth (can use broth chicken was cooked in)
Packaged instant mashed potatoes mix for 6 servings

Mix all but instant potatoes together in a saucepan, stirring constantly until mixture comes to a boil and thickens. Season to taste.

Prepare 6 servings of instant mashed potatoes as directed on package. Spoon chicken mixture into a 2 liter Corning casserole. Pipe or spoon mashed potatoes around edge of chicken mixture.

Place under preheated broiler until lightly browned.

Serves 4 - 5.
