| DANIEL'S SAUERKRAUT PIE | |

1 lb. hamburger, browned and seasoned 1 can sauerkraut 3 c. mashed potatoes Brown hamburger and place in 1 1/2 quart casserole. Warm sauerkraut in saucepan with 1 tablespoon butter. Drain and place over hamburger in casserole. Cook and mash 2-3 cups mashed potatoes. Place on top of sauerkraut. Dot with butter and paprika. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. 4 servings. | |
