COUNTRY RIBS AND SAUERKRAUT (CROCKED RIBS) | |
1 can or bag sauerkraut 1 onion 1 red skinned apple Country ribs (pork) 1 c. beer Drain sauerkraut. Put in bottom of crockpot. Add diced onion and chopped apple. Do not need to peel apple. Stir and even top. Layer country ribs on top of kraut mixture. Pour beer over and cover crock. Anywhere from 8 to 10 hours on low, and it smells wonderful. |
