1 2/3 c. butter
1 1/2 qt. + 2/3 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 pt. Grape Nuts cereal

Cream butter and sugar. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Form into cookies and mash down with fork. Bake at 350 degrees.
