SCHOOL-STYLE PUMPKIN COOKIES 
1 box Betty Crocker spice cake mix (Betty Crocker)
1 (16 oz.) can solid pack pumpkin (Libby's)
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Mix pumpkin and cake mix together. Cake mix goes in dry with no ingredients added. Fold in 1 cup chocolate chips.

Using a cookie scoop (smaller ice cream scoop) drop dough onto a baking sheet.

Bake at 350°F until done, approximately 10 to 12 minutes. DON'T OVER BAKE!!
