CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1 chicken, boiled and deboned
2 c. chopped onion
2 c. grated cheese
1 can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
1 can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
1 can Rotel
1/2 can chicken broth or water
12 flour tortillas

Use a well oiled casserole or 9 x 13 pan. Break tortillas into bite size pieces and layer in pan in this order: 1 layer chicken 1 layer onions and cheese

Repeat until used up. Mix soups, broth, and Rotel. Pour over top. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
