MEXICAN CASSEROLE 
1 pkg. tortilla chips
1 can Rotel
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 lb. ground beef
Enough cheese slices to cover the top

Brown ground; drain. Place tortilla chips in bottom of large baking dish. Place browned ground beef over chips. Pour Rotel and soup over meat. Place cheese slices (I use Velveeta) to cover the top. Bake 20-30 minutes at 350 degrees.
