MICROWAVE MEXICAN CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef, crumbled
1 can Rotel tomatoes
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 bag tortilla chips, crumbled
4 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese

Brown ground beef in glass baking dish in microwave on high for 5 minutes, stirring until crumbly; drain. Add Rotel and soup, mixing well. Layer half the chips, half the ground beef mixture and half the cheese in glass casserole. Repeat layers with remaining ingredients. Microwave on high for 10-12 minutes. Makes 6 servings.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
