KING RANCH CASSEROLE | |
1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 c. chopped onion 1/2 c. Rotel tomatoes 1 chicken, boned (boiled) 1 c. chicken broth 12 tortillas, cut in fourths 1 c. (or less) grated cheese Bone chicken, reserve 1 cup broth. Grease 9"x12" casserole. Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Combine soups, broth, Rotel tomatoes. Heat. Layer in casserole dish: tortillas, onion, chicken and cheese. Cover with less than 1/2 of soup mixture. Repeat layering. Bake about 1 hour. Top with cheese when almost done. |
