BBQ BEEF 
1 c. tomato soup
3/4 to 1/2 c. water
1/2 c. cider vinegar
1/2 c. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. sugar
1 lg. onion, chopped fine
3 garlic cloves
Salt & pepper
Arm roast (2 lbs.) or similar roast

Cook roast at 300 degrees in 1/2 cup of water for 3 to 4 hours, covered (should string apart with fork). Remove fat and bone. Simmer meat with all ingredients in oven for 3 to 4 hours at 325 degrees. Save on hamburger buns. Also good with grated cheese.
