BARBECUE SAUCE OF BARBECUED BEEF 
1 (48 oz.) can tomato juice
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. red wine vinegar
1 garlic clove
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
3 shakes Worcestershire sauce
3 shakes Tabasco sauce
1 tbsp. brown mustard
1 (4 lb.) bottom round roast

Mix all ingredients. Pour over meat. Bake in covered pan at 350 degrees for about 3-4 hours until meat falls apart.
