CROCK-POT BEEF BARBECUE | |
3-4 lbs. chuck roast or stew meat 1 lg. white onion, chopped 2 tbsp. white vinegar 2 tbsp. lemon 2 tbsp. Worcestershire 2 tbsp. chili powder 1/2 c. chopped celery 1 c. ketchup 2 tbsp. brown sugar 1 tbsp. mustard 1 tsp. salt (optional) 1/2 c. water Cut meat into 2 inch cubes. Put into crock-pot in order listed. Don't stir. Cook on LOW 12 hours. Can stir 2-3 hours into cooking. Meat will shred when done. Serve on buns. |
