HAMBURGER BARBECUE | |
1 lb. lean ground beef 1 green pepper, chopped 1 onion, chopped 1 tbsp. vinegar 1 tbsp. mustard 1/2 c. ketchup 1 tbsp. sugar 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce red pepper to taste hamburger buns In a large skillet, cook together beef, peppers and onions, stirring with a fork to break up meat, until meat is browned and vegetables are tender. Drain off excess drippings. In a small bowl, mix together remaining ingredients, except buns. Add to beef mixture in pan. Mix well; cook over low heat for 50 minutes, stirring occasionally. Spoon on buns. Serve immediately. |
