3-4 lb. chuck roast (trim fat) 1 1/2 c. catsup 1 pkg. onion soup mix 1 tbsp. chili powder 1/4 tsp. garlic powder 3 tbsp. vinegar 2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 2 tsp. prepared mustard Place roast in roasting pan or crock pot. In medium bowl stir together all other ingredients. Pour over roast. Cover and bake in 350 degree oven for 2-3 hours. Turn meat once. Or. Cook in crock pot 4-5 hours on high. Cut meat to fit pot. |
