BBQ BEEF SANDWICHES 
3 1/2 to 5 lbs. chuck roast
2/3 c. ketchup
1/4 c. water
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 to 1 tsp. Tabasco
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. garlic
1 tsp. dill weed

Put all this in a crockpot, cook all day. Then shred with a fork and serve on buns.
