MARINATED BARBECUED BEEF 
3-5 lb. arm roast
Seasoned meat tenderizer

MARINADE:

1/2 c. orange juice
1/4 c. soy sauce
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Sprinkle roast on both sides with tenderizer. Pierce deeply with meat fork. Allow roast to stand for 1 hour in refrigerator.

Combine marinade. Place roast in pan slightly larger than roast. Cover with marinade. Let stand 4-5 hours or overnight in refrigerator. Turn meat several times. Pierce meat occasionally.

GRILLING: Sear over hot flame 10 minutes on each side. Then turn to low for approximately 15 minutes more on each side.
