BARBECUE BEEF ON BUNS 
2 cans Libby's corned beef or leftover roast
1 med. onion, chopped
1 tbsp. butter or oil
2 tbsp. canned, chopped, green chilies
1/2 to 1 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. sugar
1 1/2 c. tomato sauce

Cook onion in butter, butter or oil until crisp. Add beef and chilies, sprinkle in chili powder and sugar. Stir in tomato sauce, cook on low heat 10 to 15 minutes while stirring. Serve on buns, serves 4 to 6.
