ORIENTAL CELERY SAUTE 
1/4 c. melted butter
1/2 c. green onions, sliced
1 (5 oz.) can water chestnuts, drained and sliced
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. almonds
2 c. celery, sliced diagonally
4 oz. mushrooms, drained
1/4 tsp. pepper

Saute together 15 minutes until tender crisp and serve on brown rice.
