ICE BOX DATE LOAF | |
1 lb. box graham crackers, rolled 1 pkg. fine ground pecans 1 lb. marshmallows (mini or cut up) 1 lb. chopped dates 1 cup chopped nuts 1 cup thick cream Mix crackers and fine ground pecans in large mixing bowl. Save 1/2 cup of mixture for rolling. Add all the other ingredients and mix by hand. Divide into 3 or 4 portions and roll into logs, coating with the dry crumbs. Wrap in wax paper or Saran Wrap and store in refrigerator for 48 hours or longer - the longer, the better! |
