MY FAVORITE CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 lg. fryer, cooked and cubed
1 stick butter
Ritz cracker crumbs

Boil chicken until done. Shred into small pieces and place in shallow casserole dish. Mix sour cream and soup together. Spread over chicken. Top with Ritz cracker crumbs. Pour melted butter on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes.
