FAVORITE BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
2 pkgs. frozen chopped broccoli
1 can cream of celery soup
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 egg
1 sm. onion, chopped
2 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese (save 1 c. for top)
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 c. crushed cheese crackers

Cook broccoli for 15 minutes. Drain well. Combine all ingredients (except 1 cup of cheese and crackers), in bowl and mix together well. Pour into casserole bowl. Sprinkle 1 cup cheese on top and sprinkle crackers on top of cheese. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes. May be refrigerated overnight before baking. Yield: 6-8 servings.
