FAVORITE GREEN BEAN CASSEROLE 
1 (15 1/2 oz.) can green beans
1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms
1 c. Minute Rice
1 c. cheddar cheese, shredded

Drain juices from beans and mushrooms into a saucepan. Add rice and cook until juice is absorbed. Toss rice with the beans and mushrooms and place in a greased 9"x12" casserole. Top with shredded cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until cheese is melted and contents are thoroughly heated. Serves 6.
