NAPA CABBAGE SALAD 
1 head of Napa cabbage
1 pkg. chicken flavored Ramen noodle soup
1/2 c. vinegar
1/3 c. sugar
1 c. vegetable oil
1 can water chestnuts
1 bag slivered almonds
2-3 tbsp. sesame seeds

Wash cabbage thoroughly. Chop into bite size pieces.

DRESSING: Mix chicken soup flavor pouch with vinegar and sugar; microwave approximately 1 1/2 minutes to dissolve sugar. Add to the oil; blend well.

TOPPING: Toast Ramen noodles, almonds and sesame seeds in oven until golden brown. These are best done individually as browning times vary. Can be microwaved separately on high for 4 minutes. Toss cabbage with water chestnuts, browned nuts, seeds and noodles together with the dressing. Enjoy.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
