DRESSING:

1/4 cup cider vinegar
1 minced garlic clove
1 tbsp. olive oil
1 tbsp. honey
1 tsp. grated orange peel
3/4 tsp. Dijon mustard

SALAD:

4 cups baby greens
2 cups sliced fresh strawberries
1/4 cup roasted, salted pistachios

In a bowl, whisk all dressing ingredients until smooth. In a large bowl, gently toss greens with strawberries and dressing. Sprinkle with pistachios.
