VELVEETA SALSA DIP 
1 lb. Velveeta pasteurized process cheese spread, cubed
1 (8 oz.) jar salsa or (10 oz.) can diced tomatoes and green chilies, drained
2 tbsp. chopped cilantro, optional

MICROWAVE: Microwave process cheese spread and salsa or tomatoes and green chilies in 1 1/4 quart bowl on high 5 minutes or until thoroughly heated, stirring after 3 minutes. Mix in cilantro. Serve hot with tortilla chips. 3 cups.

CONVENTIONAL: Stir process cheese spread and salsa or tomatoes and green chilies over low heat until smooth. Mix in cilantro. Serve hot with tortilla chips. 3 cups.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
