VEGGIE PIZZA 
1 can crescent roll dough
3 oz. cream cheese
1 env. Ranch dressing mix
Milk
1 green pepper
1 sm. onion or bunch green onions
1 carrot
1 tomato
1 can or jar olives, green and/or black
Any other fresh vegetables
Parmesan cheese

Spread dough on cookie sheet. Do not separate into pieces. Bake according to package directions. Cool completely. Chop or slice vegetables into bite-sized pieces.

Blend cream cheese, Ranch dressing and enough milk to make a spreadable consistency. Spread cream cheese mixture onto crust. Top with chopped vegetables. Chill. Cut into small pieces.
