POTATO CASSEROLE | |
1 (32 oz.) pkg. shredded or cubed frozen potatoes 1 can cream of chicken soup 12 oz. grated Cheddar cheese 16 oz. carton sour cream 1 tsp. salt 1/2 of a chopped small onion 2 c. crushed cornflakes 1/2 c. melted butter Place thawed potatoes in 9 x 13 pan. Mix together next 6 ingredients and pour over potatoes. Top with cornflakes and drizzle melted butter over the top. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. |
