POTATO CASSEROLE 
1 lb. bag frozen cubed hash browns
1 chopped onion
1 can mushroom soup
1 lg. sour cream
2 c. cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 c. melted butter
Salt and pepper to taste

TOPPING:

2 c. crushed corn flakes
1/2 c. melted butter

Combine first 7 ingredients in large Pyrex dish. Top with corn flake mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
