POTATO CASSEROLE | |
2 lb. frozen hash browns or cubed potatoes 2 c. grated cheese, save out for layering 1/2 c. bacon bits or bacon strips 1 tsp. salt and pepper 1/2 c. onions Parsley 1 can mushroom soup 1 pt. sour cream Mix together the mushroom soup and sour cream. Layer potatoes, cheese and soup and sour cream mixture in oblong pan. Repeat layers until used. Top with cheese and 1 cube butter and 2 cups crushed corn flakes. Bake 1 hour moderate heat. |
