POTATO - CHEESE CASSEROLE 
1 pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes
8 oz. sour cream
1 can cream of mushroom soup
3/4 c. process cheese (cut in cubes)
1/4 c. butter
1 1/2 c. crushed corn flakes

Melt butter. Add crushed corn flakes and mix well. Mix all other ingredients together and pour into baking dish. Spread corn flake mixture on top. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
