PINEAPPLE BARS 
2 c. flour
2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. butter
1 c. nuts
1 tsp. cinnamon

Mix until crumbly. Press 2 cups into a greased 9 x 13 inch pan. To remaining mixture add 1 teaspoon baking soda, 3/4 cup sour cream, 1 egg, 1 teaspoon vanilla, and 1 (8 1/4 ounce) can crushed pineapple, well drained. Spoon over crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes until bars pull away from pan. Cool and dust with powdered sugar.
