SHRIMP AND BROCCOLI SALAD 
1 lb. shrimp, boiled, peeled, deveined & cooled, or frozen may be used as well
1 head fresh broccoli, washed & cut into bite-sized pieces
1 can ripe olives
1 lb. fresh mushrooms, cleaned
1 pkg. Good Seasons Italian salad dressing, made as directed on package
1 tsp. lemon pepper

Mix ingredients together with just enough salad dressing to coat broccoli and shrimp. Refrigerate 3-4 hours, stirring occasionally. Serves 6-8 people.
