DAIRY POTATO BAKE 
1 (2 lb.) bag frozen hash browns, thawed
1/2 c. butter, melted
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. chopped onion
Pepper
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 (12 oz.) carton sour cream
2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
2 c. corn flakes, crushed into crumbs
1/4 c. melted butter
Paprika

Stir together the first 8 ingredients. Pour mixture into a 9x13 inch buttered pan. Top with corn flake crumbs. Drizzle the 1/4 cup melted butter and paprika over the top. Bake in 350 degree oven for 1 hour. Serves 10-12.
