DAIRY POTATO BAKE | |
1 (2 lb.) bag frozen hash browns, thawed 1/2 c. butter, melted 1/8 tsp. pepper 1 can cream of chicken soup 2 c. grated Cheddar cheese 2 c. Corn Flakes, crushed Paprika 1 tsp. salt 1/2 c. onions, chopped (optional) 1 (12 oz.) sour cream 1/4 c. butter, melted In large mixing bowl, stir together potatoes, butter, salt and pepper, onion, soup, sour cream and cheese. Pour in 9 x 13 inch buttered pan. Top with Corn Flakes. Drizzle butter and sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour. |
