SHRIMP AND BROCCOLI LINGUINI
SAUCE
 
1/2 c. (8 tbsp.) olive oil
2 bulbs pressed garlic
Imported linguini
1 lb. fresh broccoli
1 lb. shrimp

Heat 8 tablespoons (1/2 cup) olive oil, add garlic, turn down low. Add shrimp and broccoli; turn on high, stir constantly. When shrimp starts turning pink turn back down on low for 5 minutes and serve. Boil linguini. Serve mixture over linguini.
