EASY SPAGHETTI 
1 env. dry onion soup mix
8 oz. can tomato paste
46 oz. can V-8 vegetable juice
2 tbsp. dried parsley
1 tsp. garlic powder
3 lbs. ground beef 85% lean
Approximately 1 pound spaghetti

Place onion soup mix in 5 quart dutch oven. Add tomato paste, V-8, parsley and garlic. Bring to boil and cook 10 minutes. Add ground beef, either broken up or shaped into meat balls. Continue to cook gently for 25 minutes. Meanwhile, cook and drain spaghetti. Serve meat sauce over spaghetti. Serves 8.
