BARBEQUE RIBS 
2 lbs. meaty ribs
1 onion (med.)
Barbeque sauce

BARBECUE SAUCE:

1/2 c. ketchup
2 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. Tabasco sauce
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1/4 tsp. chili powder
3 tsp. mustard
1 1/2 c. water

Layer ribs with sliced onion rings in baking dish. Repeat. Pour barbecue sauce over ribs and onions. Cook for 2 to 2 1/2 hours at 325 degrees. Uncover the last 1/2 hour. Serve hot.
