BARBEQUED SPARE RIBS ALABAMA STYLE | |
3-4 lbs. pork spare ribs Barbeque sauce (below) Cut in serving pieces. Sear in frying pan until browned well on both sides. Drain off all fat and pour on barbeque sauce and bake until ribs are tender. BARBEQUE SAUCE: 2 med. onions, chopped 4 c. catsup 1/2 c. brown sugar 2 c. water 1/8 tsp. pepper 1/4 c. butter 1 1/3 c. vinegar 2 tbsp. prepared mustard 1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce Good with most any meat. |
