BARBECUE SAUCE FOR SPARE RIBS | |
1 c. catsup 2 tbsp. brown sugar or honey 2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 2 tbsp. vinegar 1 1/2 tsp. chili powder 1/2 tsp. dry mustard 1 tsp. onion salt 1 tsp. garlic salt Place spare ribs in shallow baking pan and brush with barbecue sauce. Bake at 300 degrees for 1 to 1 1/2 hours or until tender. Turn during baking and brush with additional sauce. Enough for 2 sides of ribs or about 5 pounds. |
