BARBECUE SAUCE FOR SPARE RIBS 
1 onion, diced
1/4 c. vinegar
2 tbsp. sugar
1 c. catsup
1/2 c. water
3 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. mustard
1/2 c. celery, diced
2 tsp. salt

Combine all ingredients and pour over ribs. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
