EASY MICROWAVE SPAGHETTI 
1 lb. ground beef
1 (16 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 1/2 c. water
1 tbsp. dried instant onion
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
1/4 tsp. oregano
1 tbsp. parsley flakes
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 sm. can mushrooms
1/4 lb. thin spaghetti

Brown ground beef, drain grease and flour into 2 quart casserole. Stir in can of tomato sauce, water, instant onion, Italian seasoning, oregano, parsley flakes, garlic salt, pepper and can mushrooms; mix well. Break spaghetti into pieces and stir into sauce. Cover and cook at full power (100%) about 20 minutes or until spaghetti is done. Stir at least once during the cooking time.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
