MICROWAVE SPAGHETTI IN A PIE 
8 oz. spaghetti
2 tbsp. butter
1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
2 well beaten eggs
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 (15 1/2 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
1 c. cottage cheese
1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese

Cook spaghetti according to directions; drain. Stir in butter, Parmesan cheese, and eggs into hot spaghetti. Form spaghetti mix into "crust" in 10 inch pie plate.

In microwave use 1 quart glass measuring cup, crumble ground beef and add onion. Cook covered 5 minutes, stirring midway. Drain. Stir in spaghetti sauce. Cook covered 3 to 3 1/2 minutes, stirring once.

Spread cottage cheese over crust. Fill pie with tomato mixture. Cook covered 6-7 minutes. Top with Mozzarella cheese and melt.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
