MICROWAVE CHILIE PIE 
1 Jalapeno corn bread mix
1 egg
1 (19 oz.) can chili
1/2 c. buttermilk
1/4 c. minced onion
1/2 c. grated cheese

Make up corn bread. Mix with egg and buttermilk. Butter baking dish, pour in corn bread batter. Heat chili 1 1/2 minutes on high. Pour chili over corn bread batter; add onion, top with cheese. Cover and cook on high 4 1/2 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
