TURKEY-CHILI SUPPER (For
Microwave)
 
1 lb. ground turkey
1 med. onion, chopped
1 garlic clove, minced
1 1/2 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 med. zucchini, cut into 1/2 inch chunks
1 med. green pepper, cut in 1/2 inch chunks
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 (15 1/4 to 19 oz.) can black, white or red beans

In 2 1/2 quart casserole, cook ground turkey, onion, garlic, chili powder and salt covered on high 3 to 5 minutes; stir to break up. Add squash, green pepper, tomato sauce. Cook uncovered 9 to 11 minutes. Add beans with liquid. Cook covered 3 to 4 minutes longer until hot. If you like serve on rice.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
